Eligibility for Returns

Unused Products

If you receive a product and decide not to use it, you may return it for a full refund. The product should be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Opened but Unused Products

If the product packaging or bottle has been opened but the product has not been consumed or used, you may still request a return. Our team will inspect the product upon receipt before approving the return.

Partially Used Products

If you have opened the product and used a small quantity (for example, 1–2 spoons for testing purposes), you may still request a return. Each request will be reviewed individually, and approval will depend on the condition of the product and the amount consumed.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds may not be approved in the following circumstances:

  • The product has been significantly consumed or used.
  • The product has been damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
  • The return request is made after an unreasonable period following delivery.
  • The product has been intentionally altered, tampered with, or repackaged.
  • Any other situation where the product condition does not allow it to be resold or properly evaluated.

All such cases will be reviewed individually, and the final decision will be made by Aslan Pure Food Products Pvt. Ltd. after assessing the circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photos. We will investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.

Refund Process

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method within a reasonable timeframe.
